- 9/21/2007: Our new name is official. The Fairfax Boulevard Restaurant is what we call ourselves now. Besides our name, the following are new:
- Management: We have a new GM and two new day managers
- Interior Decor: Brighter and friendlier; new divider partitions between restaurant and bar coming soon
- Exterior: New signage, and parking-lot paving; stuccoing of the exterior walls in progress
- Pricing: Many menu and drink item prices have been lowered.
- 9/24/2007: Our new menus are done. All your old favorites are still here, and new items have been added.
- 9/24/2007: We (finally!) have submitted our application to the City of Fairfax for Special Permits to allow:
- Dancing in the evening
- Live music performances on Sundays
